My aim as your personal trainer is to help you towards your goals. You may have found that you do the same exercises in your own “comfort zone” which your body adapts to leaving you feeling frustrated and you may wonder why you are not progressing. My personal training will take you beyond your comfort zone and I will work with you to devise exciting new programmes, incorporating my many qualifications to help you achieve a new level of fitness and well-being.

I will provide you with a programme that has regular progression and variety to help you move towards your goals. Clients who follow my personal training programme can expect to:
