Quality Staff

All our staff attend a training programme which covers - Health & Safety, First Aid, Fire Procedures, Equipment Safety, Child Supervision, Child Protection and Staff Conduct.

Staffing Ratios

Children are coached in a 1:12 ratio, this is well below the 1:16 ratio recommended by social services. Children are split into similar age groups on the first morning of the course.
We recognise that a certain amount of flexibility is required when arranging the groups. However, we will ensure that your child is placed in the most appropriate group.

First Aid

Whilst your child is in our care every effort is made to ensure a safe playing environment. However, if an accident does occur, a qualified First Aider will administer fist aid. Any
accident which requires us to complete an accident form, will result in a 'phone call to the parent/guardian of the child.

What to Bring

Packed lunch and plenty to drink (we do not have refrigerated storage facilities). Children may purchase snacks and drinks from the vending machines.
Swimwear - girls - full swimming costume
boys - swimming briefs.
Footwear - trainers (no football boots).
Clothing - shorts, T-shirts, tracksuits, swimwear, towel, shin pads (soccer school only),
hat and sun cream.

Arriving and Leaving

On the first day of the course please register at reception. A member of staff will be on hand to direct you to a meeting point. All children will need to be signed out by the collecting adult. For older children written authorisation is required if they are to leave the course without a collecting adult.
